Dr. Nourredine Rahmoune, RCIC, PhD is the President and Co-Founder of Royal Education & Immigration. He holds the designation of Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). Dr. Rahmoune is a member in good standing and was granted a license to practice immigration law under the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). His license number is R417559. Dr. Rahmoune has over 25 years of extensive experience in Canadian Immigration Law.
